UFC’s Jon Jones Submission Grappling Training With Gordon Ryan
Jon Jones, the UFC heavyweight champion, has recently been spotted training the submission grappling skills with Gordon Ryan. He has been practicing the submission grappling for his upcoming title defense match.
Jones is scheduled to return to the octagon next month. After eight months of securing the world championship against Ciryl Gane at UFC 285, he will compete.
This time, “Jones” will defend his title against Stipe Miočić in a match. It is scheduled to take place at Madison Square Garden during UFC 295.
As part of his training routine for the fight, Jon Jones is diligently working on his submission grappling techniques. He is honing his BJJ technique with the greatest BJJ no gi athlete of all time, Gordon Ryan!
