Nicholas Meregali Stated: “I Often Question If The Way I’m Living My Life Is The Right Way”
Nicholas Meregali is Indeed one of the best jiu jitsu players. He has defeated renowned players in the BJJ tournaments that no one else can in BJJ history. In fact, he is at that point in his BJJ career where he is able to win against any pro player. It’s all due to the highest level of BJJ skills Nicholas Meregali has achieved.
However, Meregali appears to question the sense behind his efforts and victories. Now, he is thinking about his career and his main focus. He is deeply considering whether to continue his BJJ journey or adopt something else.
He shared his thoughts of pondering over these two on social media with his BJJ fans.
Sometimes I catch myself thinking about where I want to go as a Jiu-Jitsu fighter. I can’t lie that I often question whether the way I’m living my life is the right way of living. I am in a position where no man in the entire world can beat me in a GI fight and there is also no current fighter who is even close to my technical level in the GI, although I am still working as I did when I was 19. years old.He is thinking to shift his career for the long time but:
Life could be easier for me, I could open a school, I could win a few more world titles without much effort, I could retire soon and live my life telling people what I did in the past, but when I sit down and meditate on my life decisions, what I truly want is a legacy so big and so powerful that words wouldn’t be enough to describe what I’ve done in life.He finished his post saying: The price of greatness is not normal, it is not covered by the media, it is not achieved with average effort, and it is not given by friends, greatness is something difficult to explain but smooth to feel.
